In February 1986, Lemoine S.A., dedicated to cotton buds production, was established in Normandy, France.
Phylstick, for sticks production, was set up in Normandy.
Phil Pack, for cotton coil and plastic boxes production, was established in Normandy.
Top Tips, a Belgian company dedicated to the production of specific cotton buds (baby safety buds, cosmetics buds….), was taken over.
Flexicotton, for the production of ear buds packaged in window boxes and in round boxes, was set up in Brazil.
Apco International, pads manufacturer based in The Netherlands, was taken over.
Techniswab, dedicated to the production of dispenser boxes, was set up in Normandy.
The range of cotton wool products was completed with the production of cotton pleats at Techniswab, renamed Lemoine Cosmetic.
