Production
The Group has acquired real expertise in the manufacture of 100% cotton hygiene and care products for private label brands. We are the only manufacturer capable of controlling the manufacturing process from A to Z: the manufacture of boxes, sticks, cards, stick assembly, cutting of pad fleece and delivery of finished products…
Our 8 industrial sites, in France and abroad, ensure the entire production, which makes it possible to secure our deliveries while guaranteeing real know-how in the manufacture of our products.
Quality
Very invested in a quality approach, we ensure Customer Satisfaction by maintaining control of our production tool. Accordingly, we perform numerous checks throughout the manufacturing process, in order to guarantee a finished product that meets every aspect of the hygiene and safety requirements.
Moreover, our factories are certified:
- IFS HPC® and BRC CP® attesting to the good compliance and safety of our products
- Gots® for the quality of our organic cotton*
- Nordic Swan® for the sustainable design of our products
- Flo-Cert® for our fair trade products
