2. General terms and conditions of use of the site and proposed services.

Use of the site implies the full acceptance of the terms and conditions described below. These terms and conditions of use may be modified or added to at any time, therefore users of the site are invited to consult them regularly.
This site can normally be accessed by users at any time. However, disruption due to technical maintenance may be decided by the LEMOINE GROUP, who will endeavour to notify users in advance of the dates and times of the work.
The site is updated regularly by the LEMOINE GROUP. Similarly, legal notices may be modified at any time: they are, nevertheless, imposed on the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to become acquainted with them.
The site has been built using the Open Source Wordpress engine.

The site aims to provide information concerning all of the company’s activities.
The LEMOINE GROUP endeavours to provide information on the site that is as accurate as possible. However, it will not be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in updates, whether of its own doing or that of partner third parties providing it with this information.
If the user notices a deficiency, error or an apparent malfunction, please report this by email by describing the problem in as much detail as possible (page posing the problem, trigger action, computer type and browser used, etc.).
All information on the site is given for information purposes only and is likely to evolve. Furthermore, the information on the site is not exhaustive. It is given subject to modifications having being made since it was put online.

The LEMOINE GROUP cannot be held responsible for material damage related to the use of the site. In addition, the user of the site undertakes to access the site using relatively new equipment, that is virus-free and with an up-to-date, latest generation browser.

5. Intellectual property and infringements

All content present on the site, including, but not limited to, graphs, images, texts, videos, animations, sounds, logos, gifs and icons as well as their formatting, is the exclusive property of the company the LEMOINE GROUP, except for trademarks, logos or content belonging to other partner companies or authors.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication, even partial, of these different elements is strictly prohibited without the express written agreement of the LEMOINE GROUP. This representation or reproduction, by whatever means, constitutes an infringement punishable by Articles L.3335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code. Failure to comply with this prohibition constitutes an infringement that may incur the civil and criminal liability of the infringer. In addition, the owners of the copied content may take legal action against you.
The LEMOINE GROUP is also the owner of the “rights of producers of databases” referred to in Book III, Title IV, of the Intellectual Property Code (Law No. 98-536 of 1 July 1998) on copyrights and databases.
Any unauthorised use of the site or any of the elements therein will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be pursued in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitation of liability

The LEMOINE GROUP cannot be held liable for direct and indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the site and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications mentioned in point 4 or the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.
In addition, the LEMOINE GROUP cannot be held liable for indirect damage (such as, for example, a loss of a contract or opportunity) following use of the site.

The LEMOINE GROUP reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, all content posted in this space that violates laws applicable in France, especially provisions on data protection. In France, personal data is protected by Law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

8. Hyperlinks and cookies

The site contains a certain number of hyperlinks to other sites put in place with the permission of the LEMOINE GROUP. However, the LEMOINE GROUP has no opportunity to check the content of the sites visited in this way and therefore assumes no liability in this regard.
